Placing Orders at

Once the payment has been made, it will be confirmed to you by sending an e-mail for the same. The website offers a variety of payment modes for the domestic buyers, while international buyers can make the payment using PayPal.

Changing and Cancellation of Orders:

In case a product becomes unavailable after an order made by the customers, can substitute the product with another one of equal or greater value. Otherwise, the website can take some extra time for the delivery of the product, after discussing the same with the customer. We suggest that the customers should check out regarding the availability of the product with Customer Care before making the payment for it. makes an effort to check out that all the items are in excellent condition before they are sent ahead for shipping to the clients. The product is checked not once but twice before shipping as we endeavor to always deliver damage free products to our clients. However, after the product is dispatched from our store, we have no control over their handling by the courier or shipping service. Therefore, it is our suggestion to the client to check the item on arrival, before the delivery person leaves. In case you find that the product is not in perfect condition on arrival, please do not accept it and file a complaint with the website at once, so that we can assist you by taking requisite action. We suggest you to call us immediately in such a case.

Yes, you can get them for certain designs, but not for 90% of the Sarees in handloom silk. In fact, these Sarees are one of a kind in most cases.

2. Are Handloom Silk Sarees Available along with Blouse Pieces?

Not all these Sarees from Odisha are available with blouse pieces. In case nothing is mentioned regarding the blouse in the product description, then you will be getting just an exquisite Saree.
